I'm so Christmasarific.

I love Christmastime. No really, I do. Ha, who am I kidding? You already know how much I love Christmas and my ridiculously Christmassy posts that keep popping up on the blog. So why would I stop with the Christmas posts when I have one of the most ridiculously Christmas filled weekends ever. Don't believe me? Well...

Last night at work was my company's gift exchange and holiday party. The gift exchange produced some great gifts as always such as nipple clamps, blow up Sarah Palin doll, sex dice, Jagger, pencil holders and I got some lovely candles, haha. Such a mix of gifts I love it, haha. And the party is always an awesome mix of fun coworkers, alcohol and umm more alcohol, haha. I don't have the pictures yet but oh they promise to be good ones as always.

Tonight is my friend's birthday dinner. A group of us are heading out to have some Mexican food decked out in our best birthday/holiday attire and most likely consume some margaritas (because really how can you go to a Mexican restaurant on a Friday night and NOT have margaritas, that should be outlawed). And really how can it not be fun?

Saturday is the Christmas party of all Christmas parties....MINE! Well mine and Matt's but saying mine first just sounded fun. Anyhoo, it's a party I've been waiting for since we had our housewarming party because it was just that fun. Hopefully everyone will be decked out in the classiest or cheesiest Christmas attire because really that'd rock my socks off. And here will be no Jell-O shots this time but I am going to bake some goodies and most likely serve some sort of alcoholic cider or something like that on top of the regular plethora of alcoholic wonderment. But I'm pretty sure I'll be enjoying wine all night long, because let's be honest, I'm a wino these days. And the playlist, ah the playlist, good Christmas music with some party classics, I love it. On top of it all we have a couple friends coming from out of town for our little soiree and it just makes me feel so special and grown up and awesome and yay Christmas! Okay calming down now, but whew parties!

Sunday Matt and I are going to see the Nutcracker. And as you know, I LOVE the Nutcracker. Seriously every time I leave a performance I revert to my eight year old self wishing I was Clara (side note: when I got my first Nutcracker I definitely slept with it like a stuffed animal and even hid it so my mom couldn't pack it away with Christmas stuff, yeah I had problems, haha). I really cannot wait to see it since I missed it last year and I only see it at one place and it will be loverly, woo. And after the Nutcracker my friend and her family are hosting a cookie decorating party that they put on every year that is so fun. There is always tons of food, so many cookies, and lots of good friends. It's going to rock.

So yeah, that's my weekend. So much Christmasness I'm just so excited!

Hope you all have a most fabulously holidayrific (yeah I just went there) sort of weekend! Woo!

And because I can't write a post without a picture, take a gander at a nutcracker that I really feel like I should own...well maybe if he was serving wine, but still:

happy weekend!

Matt is a good man to take you to the Nutcracker. That is a classic, but not always guy-friendly. He's a keeper!

Wow! Your Christmas party sounds a lot different than mine! Then again I wouldn't expect a bunch of bankers to give presents like that to each other....=)

Have fun tonight!

I'm so jealous. I've been so busy I haven't had any time to get into the spirit yet. No tree, shopping, cards. I'm pretty much sucking.
