If you haven't caught on by now, it's no surprise that I watch a lot of TV. I have always watched a lot of TV and had lots of favorite shows over the years so I figured why not share another Top Ten of my favorite TV shows from past and present. So here we go...
10. Friends. Yes I realize this show is probably number 1 in a lot of people's books but as much as I loved it, it's still only 10. I started watching this show when it first came on and my friends thought I was crazy (I mean hello I was in 5th grade, not many 5th graders get the show) but I loved it. I always laughed and I probably had a crush on Chandler. I even got to go to a taping once and it was Phoebe's baby shower and ah, it was awesome. And to this day reruns still crack me up.
9. The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Another awesome show that I got to see live. Also a show who's theme song I don't think I'll ever forget. Basically if you didn't like this show something is wrong with you. Just so you know.
8. The Big Bang Theory. Oh my goodness how have I not been watching this show since it debuted? I laugh so hard tears come rolling out while I watch almost every episode. I want Sheldon to me my friend simply because it would be endless entertainment to not extent and I'd always learn something new and Raj, oh Raj is just hilarious. Basically you need to watch this show.
7. Medium. A little trippy, a little sci-fi and also a little real. I love the dynamic of the of the Dubois family and how they have real problems and real issues and they're just so cute. On top of it all Allison can help the DA solve crimes in her sleep, crazy.
6. Law and Order: SVU. If ever I was a victim of a crime I would want Elliot and Olivia on the case for sure. Basically one of the first crime shows I started watching and I've seen more episodes than I can keep track of. I don't ever ever want them to leave because they are the best. Clearly.
5. Grey's Anatomy. I've been watching since the beginning and yes it's gotten a little nuts and lost some key doctors over the years but I still love it. I man really McSteamy? Yes please. And can Cristina Yang be my cynical BFF already because she is quite awesome.
4. Criminal Minds. Although this show is twisty and creepy and sometimes freaks me out I love it. I love the team dynamics (especially Garcia and Morgan, they are the BEST) and just the team overall. Pretty much an amazing crime show I hope never goes away.
3. The Mentalist. Not only is it a crime show but it's funny too! And hello it has Simon Baker in it and I'm pretty sure you all know how I feel about him. I also love that Rigsby is British and Cho is just awesome and yes, love this show and you should too.
2. How I Met Your Mother. Can Barney Stinson be my best friend already? And can I go on double dates with Lily and Marshall? Seriously this show makes me laugh almost every episode and it's ridiculous and cute and the blue horn and the goat and the slap bet, it's all amazing.
1. Dawson's Creek. Although I still haven't seen all of season 6 (my freaking school didn't have the WB, it was devastating) Dawson's Creek will forever be in my heart as the one show I HAD to watch. I mean I own all six seasons, I heart Joshua Jackson like wo and I remember ridiculous little facts from ridiculous little episodes. And when I went to the small meet and greet event last year it just felt right.
And that my friends is my top ten TV shows. Coming close to the top ten were a few other faves: Greek, Desperate Housewives, CSI: NY, CSI:, Fringe, Glee, Studio 60 and Brothers and Sisters. As you can tell this list doesn't cover reality TV because let's be honest that's a whole other beast of television.
Anyhoo, what would be on your top 10? or top 5? Any of our shows overlap?
happy weekend!

Top Ten Friday - Movie Edition.
Because the Oscar's are this weekend I thought it only appropriate to post my top ten favoritest movies. Do note though these sometimes fluctuate (as do all of my top tens) but the number one has been the same for fifteen years and I doubt that's changing any time soon. So, are you ready? Let's go!
10b. Peter Pan. Yes the cartoon. Peter Pan is one of my all time favorite stories which is no surprise since I have so many identity issues when it comes to growing up and being an adult. I always dreamt of being Wendy and sometimes I still do.
9. Eurotrip. This movie makes me laugh every time I watch it. I especially love Matt Damon's awesome cameo in the beginning and the green fairy scene and the worst twins ever. Yeah pretty much this movie is hilarious whether sober or drunk (but it's way funnier when you watch it drunk).
8. Anchorman. Another classic comedy and hands down Will Ferrel's best movie. I've seen this movie more times than I can count and I laugh every time. When I had a radio show in college Matt used to call in with random Anchorman quotes and it had me laughing every time.
7. Twister. Every time this movie is on TNT I can't help but watch it. I don't know why I love it so much but I do. Maybe because it's not a movie about a big earthquake or tsunami but rather something that has no possibility of making it's way to me, haha. But really I love it and I know this movie practically by heart, it's fabulous.
6. Chocolat. One of the sexiest, most delicious and fabulous movies ever. I mean really, a movie about chocolate and France and Johnny Depp as a zexy vagabond, mmmmmmm.
5. The Mummy. Another ridiculous movie that I can never get enough of. Mummies coming to life, Brendan Frasier, Egyptian tombs, even some history? You can't go wrong with this movie! Okay well technically you can but I absolutely love it!
4. Fried Green Tomatoes. Another amazing chick flick that never ceases to make me cry and laugh and cry some more. Idgy and Ruth and the best friendship ever and Tawanda!
3. Newsies. One of my favorite musicals ever! Seriously I have loved this movie since it first came out with all it's Christian Bale cuteness and boys in newscaps and singing and dancing and New York accents and ah, it's just wonderful.
2. Love Actually. I have watched this movie more times that I can count and every time it makes me happy and it makes me laugh and even tear up a little bit. Seriously every storyline is precious or hysterical (Billy Mack and the porno couple) or just all sorts of adorable. I usually watch this movie around Christmastime but then again I could watch it any time.
1. SPEED. This should come as no surprise to anyone. This movie has had my heart since I saw it in theaters sixteen years ago (holy crap I can't believe it's been that long). Speed spurred my love for both Keanu and Sandra and my irrational fear of elevators. If you are to only know one thing about me, know that I LOVE this movie. Why? I have no idea. I know the acting is horrible, I've spotted every mistake possible, it's a ridiculous plot but oh man it will always be my favorite.
Other movies I love but just didn't make the cut: Remember the Titans, The Sandlot, Stardust, The Holiday, Sixteen Candles, Mighty Ducks, The Notebook and The Replacements.
So what would make your top ten movie list?
And happy Oscar watching, hope you have an A-list, red carpet weekend, woo.
happy weekend!
10a. It's a tie. Titanic. Yes I saw this movie five times in theaters and had a Titanic scrapbook and everything. I absolutely love this movie and everything about it and every time it's on TV I'm compelled to watch. And why yes it spurred by love for Leo and Kate, one of my favorite Hollywood couple non-couples, heart.
10b. Peter Pan. Yes the cartoon. Peter Pan is one of my all time favorite stories which is no surprise since I have so many identity issues when it comes to growing up and being an adult. I always dreamt of being Wendy and sometimes I still do.

Top Ten Friday - Hollywood Couple Edition.
Whether they were together at one point in real life or on screen I've decided to make my top ten errr eleven (I couldn't narrow it down to ten this week, haha) of Hollywood couples in lieu of Valentine's Day this weekend (and I admit I sort of got this idea from elledee, so thank you!), so here we go:
11. Harry and Helen Tasker (Arnold Schwartzenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis). Have you seen True Lies? Do you not just love it? Seriously one of my family's favorite movies to watch and the first rated R movie I ever saw, haha. But um I love Helen and Harry in this movie, especially when they team up together, classic.
10. Will Smith and Jada Pinkett. Despite the Scientology and sexual orientation rumors I heart them. I've always loved Will since his Fresh Prince days and when he married Jada it just seemed so perfect and cute. They always look like they're having fun and seriously, could they get any better looking?
9. Meredth and Dr.McDreamy (Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey). Yes they've had a very tumultuous relationship but I still heart them. I loved their sticky note wedding and I love that they are actually sort of happy and cutesy again these days, it's endearing and good to see on a show where almost every relationship seems doomed, haha.
8. Alex and Isabel (Matthew Perry and Salma Hayek). One of the best chick flick movies ever...Fool's Rush In. Seriously I heart Matthew Perry anyways, but when matched up with Salma it was just too entertaining and incredibly cute.
7. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner. Of course I had to include the parents to the cutest kid in Hollywood! I mean really, they are so cute together and so normal and have such a precious family it's almost sickening, almost.
6. Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger. Josh oh Josh. I am so glad you found yourself a normal lady in Hollywood. These two are so freaking cute together and I love how they talk about each other and how they always look so happy together, it's all sorts of preciousness.
5. Marshall and Lily (Jason Segel and Alyson Hannigan). If you're not watching How I Met Your Mother slap yourself on the wrist right this second. Not only does Neil Patrick Harris make it amazing but Lily and Marshall and their oh so adorable antics are just too freaking cute (and pretty hilarious). And I may or may not have teared up when I watched their wedding, just saying.
4. Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams. Swoonface. I mean how could I not love them in the Notebook and then the fact that they dated in real life too?! Sadly, it was too good to be true but ohmygodtheyweresocutetogether!
3. Pacey and Joey (Joshua Jackson and Katie Holmes). Oh yes, I was (still am) the biggest Dawson's Creek fan and when the show ended and Pacey and Joey were together I'm pretty sure I clapped and cheered in excitement. Pacey was always my favorite (I mean hello, Josh is my number two) and I was just happy when him and Joey were together.
2. Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. Oh how my heart will always go on for these two (oh yes, corny Titanic joke). I love them in Titanic and I love seeing how close as friends they really are, they are just so adorable. And when Kate thanked him in her acceptance speech at the Oscar's last year I'm pretty sure the teenager in me squeeeed.
1. Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock. This comes as no surprise seeing as to how Keanu is my number one fuego, Speed is my all time favorite movie and Sandra is just all sorts of wonderful. Pretty much them together on screen makes my heart oh so happy (yes that even includes the Lake House and all of it's incredibly cheesiness).
So do you agree? Who would you add?
Hope you all have a lovely long Valentine's Day weekend however and whoever you spend it with :)
happy friday!

Top Ten Friday - Fuego Edition.
So I've decided to add a new feature to my blog, Top Ten Fridays. Basically it's just as it sounds, I'll be sharing some of my top ten lists, woo! So to start it off we have my top ten celebrity guys. Basically the hottest of the hot, el fuego of all that is el fuego (kudos to anyone that knows where that's from!) and I figured as much as I squee and swoon over guys I should probably share the top ten (or if I did already it's buried in the archives somewhere and I'm too lazy to look it up which is fine because I know it's changed anyways and hell it'll probably change again sometime but this is what it's at right this second)
So, want to know who my fuegos of Hollywood are? Here we go:
1. Keanu Reeves. You had me at Jack Traven. Seriously I don't know what it is but I heart you big time.
2. Joshua Jackson. First it was a crush on Charlie Conway then Pacey Witter and now just Josh and ah, after meeting you last year I think I have an even bigger crush.
3. Craig David. Ten years ago (holy hell has it really been ten years) I went to Germany for the summer and came back with a crush on this man and his music and although we had a mini break up (as in he never came back to the US to perform) my love was rekindled when my dreams of meeting him came true last year and he was just as wonderful as I imagined.
4. Ryan Gosling. Ever since he was on the Mickey Mouse club I hearted him. Although I was a bit weirded out when he dated Sandra Bullock, the crush resurfaced big time after he did The Notebook, I mean how could it not? And then when he didn't totally freak out when I accosted him on the street to take a picture with me, yeah that made him cool too.
5. Rob Pattinson. Yes. He has jumped up the list. Edward oh Edward. Rob oh sweet British Rob and your adoring accent that made me swoon when I interviewed you, yes you are so number 5.
6. Simon Baker. Where have you been all my life??? I mean I liked you in The Devil Wears Prada and gawd you're dreamy in Something New, but The Mentalist has done it for me. Don't even know what it is but the fact that your Australian also doesn't hurt.
7. Christian Bale. You will always be Jack Kelly to me and singing "Carrying the Banner" and dancing through the streets. Seriously, best role ever (well Batman was pretty awesome too and I do love The Prestige and Laurie in Little Women, hell you're just good!).
8. Matt Damon. So I have a thing for guys named Matt? And this one is quite awesome and so cute and sweet and ah! Remember that one time Nicole touched his sweat and my sister saw him in a Starbucks? Yeah I'm still jealous.
9. Shemar Moore. Okay I was back and forth about Shemar but the more I watch Criminal Minds the moore (haha) I heart him.
10. Leonardo Di Caprio. I would be lying if I didn't admit that my love for Leo came from Titanic because it did and I still heart him.
Other guys I heart but didn't make the cut: Taye Diggs, Michael Ealy, Hugh Jackman, Jordan Knight, Eric Dane, Harry Connick Jr. Mike Vitar, and Gerard Butler.
And that my dear freaders is my official Top Ten fuegos of Hollywood (for now). What do you think? Are any of them on your list? Who's your top ten? Or two? Or five? :)
happy weekend!
